Clicking the layers tab gives you a choice of layers to display on the map.

You can choose which layers to display by 'checking the box' next to a layer and then clicking "Refresh Map".

Coloured lines or dots will appear on your map according to the layer you have selected.

To display a larger choice of layers, zoom in on a section of your map.

Active Layers

To make a layer 'Active', click in the round button (this is called a radio button) next to a layer name. You should see the little black dot move to this layer. This is now your Active layer (you'll see a message to that effect in the Bottom Text Display).
